I liked Pimero very much but could not set up my gmail accounts on smtp although tried every possible setting. Did not find customer service response very helpful, just implying that settings should work but unfortunately they did not. Pity because it is a good programme but only if able to set it up.

The download went fine ,is OK.Concerning some items:1. I use Pimero for private non commercial reasons and for safety reasons I put in the \"contacts\" only the first name of my contacts or a nickname,but the system does not sort alfabetically on the \"first name\",so I have to put those names in the \"Last Name\".Let the cursor start with \"Last Name\",because there the names are sorted with.2. Then follows the email address,but that happens to be on the second page,why not on the same page? Then it will safe considerable time in bringing ...

Opinion No way to change or at new categories,the help menus as following don't show on my software could you send the correct way to add categories. Thank You Create custom contact categories 1. To create custom contact categories go to tab "Extras" and click on "Contact". 2. Enter the name of the new category and select a color. 3. Primero Free Edition I thought that this was a free program but in the agreement it said it would have to be bought after 30 days. I went back to the site to see the price but did not see it so I decided not to install as I would not agree to buy something that I did not know the price of.
